My partner has just got a court order changed to be more fair, such as half of all holidays and every other Christmas.

The mum instantly said after the hearing she will refuse to follow the order. Can he go back to court if the order isn’t followed in the next month/6 weeks without having to pay all over again?

Any advice would be great as he represents himself, because we have our own children and not enough money for solicitors.

Thanks xxx

He would need to apply for enforcement. He would have to pay the application fee.

He needs to complete a form C79.
