Hi, I’m about to be out through a horrendous fact finding hearing for a children’s matter. The police were required to disclose all evidence, statements, reports expert reports etc relating to my child’s allegations. I have only just found out that the intermediary involved in an ABE police interview did a report following interview. This has never been disclosed to as apparently it was never requested from the intermediary. Although my child did not make a disclosure in interview, the report may contain observations etc of my child which may be helpful to me. I have just over 2 weeks till hearing and feel I have little chance of obtaining this now in time. I have no idea how to even get it released. Can the court make another order to police to send this ASAP without me having to pay more fees to police for their disclosure? As far as I am concerned, it should have been sent with the other evidence. Any help please would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, x
