Could somebody please give me a bit of guidance if possible in regards to what forms you need to submit in order to apply to court in Scotland for a Contact Order?
Ongoing Mediation between myself and my ex wife has broken down and she is refusing further mediation and has suspended contact.
I will have to self represent for financial purposes so I'm just wondering if someone can advise on how to get started?
