Going to court with ex over child

Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone had been in a similar situation and could maybe offer advice or ease my mind.

To cut a long story straight, ex was controlling, even two years on and used or child picked her up and dropped her when t suits. I’ve never stopped him seeing her but recently stood my ground with him more and stood up for myself. Resulting in him getting the solicitor involved, as I always expected as it’s one big game he has to ‘win’.

I have text proof of exes behaviour, his aggression where he would rant about people say he wanted them dead or murd r his family. Talk of him wanting to kill himself and him referring to himself as a psycho or a sociopath, also plenty of evidence with him admitting an alcohol addiction.

Anyone had similar experiences and feel that the above would help my case. My solicitor accepted the texts...didn’t eeen show her he worse ones only found them after, she said t was concerning. Anyone with any experience of how the court would treat this?
