Hi, if someone has been sent to jail and the news storey says 5 counts of an offence is there a way to find out what they are? Is there any information you can find on the offence/trial?

What infomation do you want? Google should have the specific offence, ie sexual activity, rape, burglary, victims probably won’t be named if sexual

Hi, good says 5 counts and I was hoping for the details of what the counts were specifically. There is a similar thread i’ve foind and it appears you cannot get this info u less doing a request. I wouldn’t want anyone related knowing I have done the request so not sure I can move this forward.

Do you know which court?
When I had a similar query I went on the court’s website and you could read transcripts of proceedings.

5 counts means 5 occurences of the same offence. You want details of each incident?
