We rented a motorhome which DH organised . Paid a huge deposit and have now discovered that they are a bunch of scam artists and we’ve been waiting over 2 months to get our money back.
First of all they claimed some issue with merchant company now DH clicked a thing saying he agreed to the amounts- I checked it and in there it says there is uninsured damage equal to the deposit.
I will get DH to raise again with the cc company as its basically fraud but am now thinking as DH clicked in agreement with the damage amount ( there was no damage the motorhome was returned in better condition than we got it) we won’t get a penny. Stupidily we didn’t sign anything on the condition of the van when we returned ut
Anyone any ideas on how best to get our money back ?
