Bought a samsung tablet from pc world in December. Just over 3 weeks ago it stopped working so took it back to the store. The assistant ssid it would have to back to samsung and would be about 3 weeks which is fair enough. Rang last week and rhe person I spoke to said it was on it's way back from samsung. Rang today and apparently it is still with samsung((??)) nd there is no timeline for when we will get it back. What is a reasonable to expect to get it back?

If you phone Samsung they will provide you with an accurate update.

Complain to pc world as that is unacceptable

Your contract is with PC World. If the tablet is now missing they must either refund your money or provide a replacement.

We now have a new tablet, it's a better than the one they lost as it's the newer model
