I wonder if i could get some advice? I am trying to help a friend whos ex collected dd from school 4 weeks ago and has not returned her to her care since. He allowed dd to go back to school for 1 week but has now taken her out again since filing a C100 for an interim residency order, supervised contact order and prohibited steps order stopping her collecting dd from school.
He states dd is at risk of harm due to her partner who is no longer living with her. I am a bit out of my depth but she cannot afford a solicitor so im doing what i can.

She has filled in the C7 ressponse and wants dd back in her care and back at school. She also wants to ask for a prohibited steps order so that ex cannot take dd from her care and cannot withdraw dd again from school. Would she need to also apply for an interim residence order? and should this be done on form c100 or c2?
