Fighting to get an injunction to stay in place

Friend has an injunction against her stbexh.

It is due to come off in a few months.

Her stbex is applying to have the injunction discharged.

There is a hearing arranged, her solicitor says that hearing is for a judge/someone to look over the evidence then it will go to trial.

Does anyone know how long after the first hearing will the trial take place.

Also any advice on this would be most appreciated

Anything about injunctions would be good.

The police want it to stay on, they have verbally talked to her about the danger

It's impossible to say. Depends on the court. Could be a few weeks.

Sorry have typed this message out several times but my phone keeps crashing when I come to post it.
Doesn't seem to be doing it when I post on any other thread.

Thank you for that I thought there might be a standard set number of days between first and second case. Couldn't see any reports of previous people who had done this and wanted to see how things were done
