Consent Order denied

So fed up. Financial order denied as the Judge wants the financial split explained better.

What's the likelihood of them then agreeing it or refusing it after they have asked for more information?

It's taken 2 months to come back. Will it now take another two months?

Sad

Fantastic! So pleased. Is it what you hoped for?

CantankerousCamel · 04/10/2018 07:29

Pleased for you! Glad I found this thread later or would have been worried!

I hope you got what you wanted?

TryingToForgeAnewLife · 04/10/2018 21:33

Thank-you

Yes got everything l wanted. Mum's house was disregarded when it could legally have been included in the settlement. So taking that into account l did get more technically.

Also written in was an undertaking for long term maintenance for ds1 as he has extra needs. So if needed l will get maintenance for him for life.
