CSA money not paid overdue a year, case sent to CMS

Last year our case moved from CSA to CMS.
After it closed I was sent a letter informing me approx £200 was due to me in arrears.
I’ve contacted CMS multiple times and they have said all along I need to wait it out, that due to the backlog this would take forever to be added to my CMS case.
So a year later I still haven’t received it, I have no contact at all with NRP, not in our lives... I want it to stay that way. Court order in place also, stating this outcome.
New statement doesn’t include this money and money is now late also!

Any advice please? How do I pursue it? The funds I receive for dc are a pittance anyway, so it is a huge chunk! Do I just leave it?

Seem to remember reading on another post that CMS do not chase arrears until they reach £500.

My Ex pays a pittance too (£7/week). Works outside UK and via a Ltd Company which seems to baffle CMS big time.
