HE has chosen not to see ds in years.
When he did know our address he didn't send birthday cards or Christmas presents or whatever and he doesn't pay maintenance.
There is no court order in place for contact but I've never EVER not allowed it. We used to meet in a public place.
He was emotionally abusive and is being physically violent to his latest partner too.
Ds is 15 and has no interest in seeing him.
