I have had years of abuse from the hands of a nasty bitter man who I didn't want to be friends with. He has gone on to make false reports against me with our landlord and police.
I have been dragged though both civil and criminal court.
He has been caught lying several times such as 3 times I was abroad last year and he claimed I was making noise like drilling at 3 am ext. I can of course prove I was abroad he also reported me to the police for tampering with his letterbox when I had been abroad for 5 days I told the police I want him done for harassment for making a false report and they said he said "someome" and he didn't name me so they can't do anything
It was very clear he was implying it was me plus the landlord used this in an injunction they got against me based on his lies.
The injunction got thrown our because he refused to attend court and it was clear he was a liar.
I have had 3 years of hell from the hands of this man and police or landlord won't do anything even though they know he is a liar i should just get over it
Also his shit hasn't stopped he continues to do dumb stuff like remove my rubbish from my bin (I have on camera) and put rubbish which doesn't belong t9 me in my personal bin to fill it up, he stomps around in heels and he slams his door
He just won't leave me alone I don't get it hasn't he put me threw enough!!!
I think since police and housing won't help me I need to take him to court for this because I have experienced severe mental health problems because of this and had to leave my job. It really messed up my life
