I've searched online and I'm confused.
My divorce was finalized earlier this year. I filed for divorce due to my exh infidelity. The court initially said that him (the respondent ) should pay the costs.
My solicitor never mentioned about how to get this money off him. I'd rather not get involved with the solicitor again as every conversation costs money!
Is it now too late to claim this £410 off exh? I'm guessing it may be.
