Can I an urgent family court date before Christmas?

I have another thread about my ex causing problems over Christmas contact.

Is there a way I can get this to court in time for Christmas?

Ask if it can be a priority. Usually the process is about 1 month but as I advised before, non compliance over Christmas greatly strengthens your hand for “winning” a future case in that non compliance will be documented and self evident.

You can apply for same day emergency hearing but don’t know what the criteria for it is
