NDN CCTV aimed directly at my back garden

Relations with NDN have been tense shall we say for some time.
Petty comments over the fence to us, windchines on window to 'annoy next door by keeping the baby awake' us being next door.

After 2 car break ins on my drive before Christmas we were advised to install CCTV, which we did, front and back.

Gone into our garden tonight and noticed NDN has installed two CCTV cameras at the back of her house hidden inside the rooms facing directly onto our shared fence and my garden. Only noticed them as they glow red at night.

Not facing towards the end of their garden, directly facing ours.

I have a small child that likes to play in the garden and now feel as though I can't let her out without her being recorded.

Is this legal?

This is also helpful:

It seems that there are steps you can take if the CCTV cameras are pointed directly at your garden/property and the neighbour refuses to reposition them.
