How can I prevent my parents seeing my children?

Hi,
I have recently managed to go non contact with my parents ( as opposed to working very hard to avoid them). The reason is pretty significant- I was abused throughout childhood.
Where I have managed to draw a line - I just wonder what I should do from a legal point of view? I'm not thinking of formalising it for any other reason other than that if something happened to me- if that makes sense? Any advice greatly appreciated

Appoint legal guardians for your dc and state it in a will. Make the guardians clear of your wishes too. .

Inform the school(s) if your children are young.
