Any advice pls 😊
Whilst waiting to pull into a car park this evening, car not moving, lights on (was dark) and indicating, a car smashed into bak of me.
i jumped out my car went to her window to see her clutching steering wheel with mobile in her hand (screen lit) so am certain she was on her phone, after pulling into car park, her saying sorry and crying, she gav me her details, my car looked ok, but wasnt certain at time as very dark, her front was smashed in.
I took photo of her car and reg, name, insurance name, phone numer, address.
She did nothing, only asked my name.

Upon getting home hubbie checked car and couple of scuffs but ok.

What do i do? If anything?

Tell your insurance company and make a claim for the cost of repairing your car. Get it looked at by a garage - some of the damage may be hidden.

I agree 100% with Collaborate

You definitely need to get it checked and you need to ring your insurer ASAP.

My SIL had a similar accident years ago and it looked like there was no damage to her car, not even a scratch, the other drivers car was very damaged though.
She thought she was lucky but It turned out the axel was damaged and it was ££££ to fix it.
The mad was lovely and so apologetic about it she nearly let it go and didn't report it.

Contact insurers. This needs to be recorded even if nothing serious, because this dangerous driver needs some consequences.

What does it take for people to turn off the bloody phone?

Do what collaborate says.
