I wondered if anyone here would be willing to recommend a family solicitor in Wimbledon/Kingston area who is very astute and effective with child residency/access cases?
I am writing for a friend who is beside herself. She and ex-partner split 3.5 years ago, he had access to son but a year ago son disclosed sexual abuse. Police said case didn't meet threshold for prosecution. My friend has obviously stopped all access to her son but her ex maintains his innocence has now said he wants access or residency and alleged a wild variety of claims about my friend and her family. The lies he has told are truly astonishing. He has sent a court summons and she needs a solicitor.
I really want her to find a solicitor who can just cut through all the crap, defend her and her child's interests and put this HELL to bed once and for all. This has been a truly dreadful year for them and she really needs some closure.
