eBay referred to debt collectors

Hi has anyone every been referred to a debt collection agency over outstanding fees. Received a letter today but so annoyed as I don't owe anything

They must think you owe something to go down this route - have you contacted them?

I've tried and tried but it's like talking to a brick wall with them. There's no way of disputing things as much of their actions are computer generated
