Pretty minor issue, really, compared to some on here. But my DH was with 9 year old DD at Build a Bear the other day and she was paying at the till with her own money. DH overheard the employee trying to sell DD extra things along with the stuffed animal she was getting. Is this legal? Can you complain under the new Consumer protection law? It seems fairly dodgy to us - mind you nothing you wouldn't expect from a place like that really.
