Is there an ombudsman or something that I can go to to complain about the amount of time it's taken us to cancel our Sky TV? Complaining to Sky themselves will most likely be useless. We've been on the phone for half an hour now and have told the guy we want to cancel about 20 times now and he's just reading through his script and not listening to a word we say. My husband and I have been taking turns...it's like he's trying to annoy us to the point where we give up and hang up on him. And therefore don't cancel.
We've been with them for over 6.5 years...surely we deserve for them to at least listen to us? He won't even listen when we ask to speak to his supervisor....
