I'm setting up my own business after I was made redundant and have come across a business with a similar name to the one I've just bought the domain name for, I can't believe I missed it when I was searching, absolutely kicking myself here. I need to know how similar is too similar. I cant afford to get into trouble!
Is there anyone around who knows about this stuff?
