My dd is 7.
She has always wanted to spend more time with me. Cafcass rules that she should remain with her siblings so she spends most of her time at dad's. She would like to live with me most and wonder when she will have her say.
When can she officially decide?

There is no set age.

No one age, my DD was allowed to choose at the age of 10. However, every assessment found her to be exceptional mature for her age.

Was your DDs maturity the only/main factor, Lonecat, or were there concerns over her fathers parenting ability or a status quo already set that she lived with you?

There were other issues including verbal abuse and being arrested for drunk driving with DD in car.
