I served on jury of two cases last month and both were due to be sentenced round about now.
Would it be heard in court again ?

We were told we could call the court to find out but I never finish work on time.

You could check your local paper and see if it's in there or get someone else to call for you.

Have you tried google? Or court website?

ggirl · 28/04/2015 19:45

yup , have looked on law pages , court serve and local paper

according to the courts twitter , the person hasn't been in court today or yesterday ..i am right in thinking that you need to go to court to be sentenced aren't I?

It won't be online if it's not in the three sources you've already looked at. Crown court outcomes are not routinely published by any one body. Sentencing would definitely have taken place in court but may have been delayed for various reasons.

If I ever need to know a sentence (journalist) the only way I can find out is to call listings. Sorry!

do you mean the court when you say 'listings'?
