Hi, I am currently finishing my degree in Sociology at Anglia Ruskin University. As part of my research I would like to invite anyone who has either rented privately on benefits or currently lets or chooses not to let, a property to private tenants on benefits to fill in my short survey. You will be helping me very much with my research which you can have a copy of once finished! Thank you for your time. If you are currently a private tenant on benefits please click here : www.surveymonkey.com/s/LWG8P22. If you are a private landlord please click here : www.surveymonkey.com/s/LS982QG Thank you.

I used to be (c 2 years ago) on LHA in private sector.

I am now a Landlord (current tenants not on LHA but wasn't averse when letting).

Shall I do both?

What's the title of your dissertation? Sounds interesting.

angliastudent · 26/04/2015 22:13

Thank you The title of my dissertation is: 'Inequalities in the private rental sector: Private landlords attitudes towards welfare recipients'

Thank you for all your responses so far! Just a few more would be helpful, getting some really interesting results from both parties. All your time is greatly appreciated. If you have friends or family that have had a positive or negative experience with housing and benefits please do share the link for this survey.
