After the latest in a calamitous series of utter incompetence & cock ups Scottish Power have sold a debt they have repeatedly failed to set up a direct debit for to a collection agency who have added £200 fees.
I've been cut off twice.
We've been to Citizens Advice who thought they had sorted this nightmare. It's entirely SPs fault & they have repeatedly admitted this in emails & calls.
I need to involve the CEO before taking any legal advice / action.
