Our decree absolute is imminent ( next month)
He has moved out; children and I staying on family home with plans to sell next year. We both pay the mortgage.
His behaviour is increasingly erratic. Pre moving out I was subject to abusive rants and threats.
He came round last week late at night an launched into a tirade .Daughter let him in.
He admits he has MH issues and is seeking help.
I don't want him coming round again and being abusive. Do I appeal yo his better nature or should I see a solicitor about a non molestation order?
