Is there anything legal cover on car insurance can do that a no win no fee lawyer can't?

I have to renew next month and I'm wondering if it isn't a con.

I would think that if you have legal cover via your car insurer they are obliged to help you or at least last offer advice whereas a lawyer isn't.
I don't think the legal cover costs much, especially if you " compare the market" or similar.

It's usually £30 a year, £3 a month max. Best to just take it

You can't defend yourself under no win no fee.

Yup the defence aspect actually is surely the reason you have it?
