What Happens To A Mesher Order Upon Death of Applicant

Hi,

Does anyone know what would happen if my ex husband had a Mesher order on the FMH to be realised once our child reached the age of 18 but the ex died before this time ?

Would the equity allocated to him under the Mesher form part of his estate for him to bequeath as he wishes?

Yes it would.

Thanks all.

Would the same trigger points apply e.g. if the ex left his share to his adult daughter from a previous marriage (which is what he would likely do) would she have to wait until my son was 18 before she was entitled to claim her share?
