Dear all,
The social worker recommended my ex partner have supervised access. There are many safguarding issues, including a police report which is very harrowing regarding his volitility. Despite this, the judge agreed to continue unsupervised access until they read the police report. I am truly horrified, as as soon as they read the police report and get the social workers recommendations about access again, they will have to reign it in...however court is not for another 6 weeks, and i am in pieces about my very unsuitable ex partner having unsupervised access despite all the warnings. The judge laughed and said it was on her head...my ex just laughed. It's absolutely disgusting. It's as if my child's safety is some sort of a joke! Please help!

Sorry the title should say unsupervised not supervised - I wish it was supervised!

Sorry to hear about your situation, that must be very worrying, frustrating and upsetting. Did CAFCASS contact you before the court day? Did they give a preliminary report to the judge?

Regarding appeals I'm not really sure but hopefully someone will come along to give you some advice soon.
