Hi need some advice please. I'm not sure of my rights as a pregnant person when there is a restructure and my post has been removed. I've been told my options are to take redundancy or to apply for one of the new roles being created but will be up against others who will be in a similar position possibly even externals. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and work know this. Am I entitled to any positive discrimination or is this only for women on mat leave?
