Hi, can anyone help me . I need to challenge a decision by the local authority ref a child protection order which was put on after the local authority failed to help the parents. It's been removed but I don't want it sitting on my ' record' it was totally unjustified. There is no appeals process so I will have to go to court. Question is " can I get legal aid" since the changes....?
