He is threatening me with court but we are not there yet, just lawyers letters stage. He has only seen my DS a handful of times and is not interested in a relationship with his child just wants to 'win' and try to control us. My solicitor said I can move if I want as he is not on my DS birth certificate and I don't need his permission, but would I lose legal aid if I do?
