2 year warranty. Who is responsible, retailer or manufacturer?

I know the retailer is responsible for one year.

I bought ds a gaming mouse off Amazon in December 2012. It has broken. It clearly says in My Orders on Amazon that it has a 2 year warranty. Manufacturer sent us to amazon. Amazon are trying it on, and sending us to the manufacturer. Who is responsible with an extended warranty? I think the retailer

No they aren't. If the product has a fault they are liable for much longer than that.

Regarding the warranty, who is liable depends on who gave you the warranty. If it is a manufacturer's warranty the manufacturer is liable. If it is Amazon's warranty they are liable. And if Amazon sold you an extended warranty it may be the insurance company that provided the warranty. And, whoever gave the warranty, whether or not they are liable depends on the terms of the warranty.
