DH is currently in the middle of court proceedings initiated by his DS mum who applied to discharge/vary the Order relating to contact of their DS.
Their next directions hearing is in April, and I'm assuming the the final hearing will be a few months yet.
If the court decided to vary the existing Contact Order, will it be replaced with a CAO that sets out both arrangments for residency and contact?
The previous orders were both on the same document.
