I've recently had cause to give evidence in the family courts as an expert witness. I've had the Bond Solon training and found it really helpful, but felt very nervous in the witness box and feel I struggled at times to articulate myself under cross-examination.
I think that I'm going to be asked to do more of this kind of work in the future and would like to improve my skills.
Any tips and pointers from experienced experts/barristers out there? Do's and Don'ts?
Thanks!
