We have a contact order in place for my ex to see our daughters 1 day during the week and at every other weekend, the order did state that he must ensure the girls attend their afterschool activities when they are with him. But the girls have missed their activity due to him stating he has other things planned for them. Dance classes and swimming lesson has been missed because he just refused to take them which in turn is making the girls unhappy. It's taking a lot of begging on my part to my 10yr as she's now refusing to go to her dad
