I need advice on business/ commercial law- anyone?

I have a set of documents relating to a new joint venture that I need advice on. They include articles of association, shareholder agreement, etc. I could email them over to get an idea on the cost.
Is anyone here interested and able to help?

If you're willing to pay I'd recommend you contact a local firm - you can find a list on the SRA website. A) I wouldn't scrimp on good legal advice at this point - these documents contain v important info about how much control you have, what liability you have if it goes wrong and how much you get if it goes right. B) with someone contacting you off here you don't know who's doing the work, are they qualified and whether they are properly insured if they make a mistake and it costs you.
