Private house rental - landlords certificates etc

Hi. The house I own is oil fired central heating.

I'm assuming I still need a safety certificate for landlords, despite this not being gas?

your other issue is the tank. May be simplest to fill it before the tenant moves in and require them to leave it full. However one of you needs insurance for the oil in case it is stolen.
