A friend of mine has recently found out a local employer (imagine a dentist with a number of dental nurses) has sexually abused at least one and possibly a number of his employees for years. All the young women who work for him are scared of him but seem somewhat under his control. One particular person has left the place of work and has told my friend she has been abused by him but she can't talk about it any further. She is unable to talk about it but is open to calling rape crisis. My friend is very concerned about her state if mind.
Is there anything anyone can do or does one of his victims have to report him?
The more I hear the more alarmed I am.
