Quick Q about names on Deeds of house

Currently trying to sell house overseas and we might have a buyer. I'm really trying not to get overly excited at this stage.

So if one of us, realistically it'll be DH, flies back to buy a house in the UK can we then add my name to the deeds at a later date?

Yes, but consider needing the consent of a mortgage lender. Also consider additional land registry fees.
