Hi there,

I have just noticed that I have been paying optional insurance payment for my barclay card credit card for the last 10 years. The amount is a bit less than 400 pounds. I have lodged a complaint, do you think I'll see anything back ?

Yes
I would say you'll get it back
Plus interest, plus the difference in what your balance would have been, plus the interest on that
Look in money matters, there was a couple of threads there

Yes! I have just gotten over £1200 from them and all I did was send a copy of an old statement which showed I paid it, plus an explanation that as I was clearly in full time employment with a good sickness policy, it wasn't needed and for the sake of a letter and stamp I got £1200! Grin
