Hi I posted in other part of mums net and was advised to post in here as my ex has posted nude pics of me/us on the net and forwarded to friends to. He has videos to. Where do I stand legally? Thanks

You would also have a civil claim against your ex for misuse of your private information.

If you contact each of the websites you know about and use their complaints procedure to explain you didn't consent to the posting, they should take them down.

Be warned though that websites hosted overseas can be difficult about this sometimes.

sounds like harassment to me. You could apply for an injunction under the Family Law Act, and that could require him to remove any published photos and not to publish (ie show them to others) them again.
