This is a very sensitive issue, hence I have name-changed. (Am long-term regular, SWMNBN, Moldies, Who is Cod?, Bootcamp, etc)

the process is simple but the consequences not be. I would recommend you get proper legal advice that you can rely on rather than try to do this on the cheap.
