I've been disinherited. Can I request to see the will?

I was a major beneficiary in my parents will. They have disinherited me. I won't challenge but I do suspect coercion and foul play. Can I request to see a copy of it before they die?

What about after they've died?

I think you can leave your money or property to who ever you choose, I doubt you can demand to see someone will.

Can you not ask them?

No, you cannot see the will before they die. I think you can ask to see it after probate, but it's a bit late to challenge anything then.

Get them to move to france.

OldLady. I am not a legal person, but I am pretty sure wills are contested after they have been read.

Are you saying that one parent is coercing the other one?

Or Spain. Blood line DC cannot be disinherited in most continental countries.

I'm not a legal person either, Havea, but op has said she's not going to challenge it (and may not have grounds, if she's not financially dependant on her parents when they die.) There would be no point seeing it before they die as it could be changed at any time.
