my dh ex had to pick up dsd today as decided by the courts.
she hadn't emailed ( prefered point of contact) to say what time she would be here.
Dsd had a text to say they would be here 1ish with lunch.
Come 2 o'clock, my dh text ex to say we were going into town and could she let him know when arriving and we'd be back home. no reply.
Dh gets a call from his mum at 4-10pm to say ex has had no reply from house phone and does she know where we are (?)
we go back home expecting her to be waiting but she isn't.
Dsd gets a phone call from mum saying they are at the police station as we weren't home, dsd is in bits crying, she's 10.
dh phones ex, she says he has to come to police station as they are expecting him, he says no she can come and pick dd up as arranged from house.
so they arrive at the house and the ex is all over dsd acting concerned and the police officer says can she come in to have a chat and I say yes no problem.
say our goodbyes to dsd.
when we put our account across to the officer she can understand our need to go out and says if she was picking her dd up she would leave early (ex admitted to leaving late!) to make sure she was there at 1!
so no bother with the police but just confused as to why the ex would do this and wondering whats going to happen next re contact.
as an aside she left dss 13 alone all day and brought the 12 week old puppy on an 8 hr round trip.
not sure I have a question to be honest just very confused.
