Domestic breach of peace - Scotland

Just looking for a bit of information if anyone can help. My ex is going to court soon charged with the above. He has one previous (unrelated) conviction - what is the penalty likely to be? Thanks

Impossible to say without knowing the facts. Previous convictions may or may not be relevant. Also depends on details of the breach and why the order was imposed.

Scottish law is different to England & Wales, but in latter it is a civil matter & most likely to be a financial penalty. Suggest you lay out the facts to a suitably qualified Scottish lawyer.
