Can anyone recommend a Slovakian property lawyer?

DH owns a rental property in Bratislava and unfortunately despite terminating the contract with the tenants 10 months ago, they are refusing to move out or pay any rent

We now need to sell the property and are not making any progress resolving the isssue via the estate agent

Would be massively grateful for any recommendations
