My ex partner has residency of both children ( aged 16 and 14 years). Following a court order he can stay living in our jointly owned home until the youngest finishes her education. What age would that be, would it be 18 or 21+? My ex says he might have to file for bankruptcy. Could his debtors/the bank sequester the house and use my half of the house as well as his to pay off his debts?

They can't use your half. They don't have to wait to force a sale, so you'd get your share earlier.

To answer your question about when the Mesher comes to an end, that should be stated in your consent order. The usual wording is either

"....youngest child of the family completes their full time secondary education or attains the age of x, whichever is the later."

Or

"...youngest child of the family completes their full time education to the end of their first degree or attains the age of x, whichever is the later."

Double check the wording of the order and if it isn't clear, repost.
